We’ll begin the day with a guided meditation, then weave creative writing exercises as we bind our stories into our very own Book of Life. Among the treasures of the shore, we’ll gather threads of words, taking full advantage of the inspiring sounds of the sea.

With breath as our anchor and Love as our lighthouse, we’ll joyfully journey across the waves of internal growth—nurturing our relation-ships with self, others, and the natural world. Stress, hardships, and wild winds will transform into a gentle flow of creativity and calm. After closing the retreat with a nourishing snack, you're welcome to enjoy the sea’s embrace with a refreshing dip—purely optional, and not part of the official retreat.
