My Values

We are a body in a soul. Whether you are Christian, Buddhist, Spiritualist, Muslim or atheist, I believe that we can all agree that there is a force which lives deep inside us. Something that goes beyond our intellect, that seems to inform us. We may have this feeling not to get on a plane, to take another route or to call someone and it turns out that they thought about us at the very same time.

Something is there, that feels a little bit like magic. Abraham and Esther Hicks call it source, the Bible calls it God, atheists call it coincidence, scientists call it chemistry, but in fact everyone is talking about the same thing and we are anchoring our faith in it. Without this core belief, we have no stable center and life may feel much more turbulent than it has to be.

  • Everybody is innately whole. Nobody is broken. In a world where we divide into normal and unnormal, where labels define our human existence, it is important to me to remind ourselves that behind all these labels we are already whole and exactly how we need to be, in non-duality. We don’t need to change, we don’t need to improve, we don’t need to be fixed and we don’t need to get better. However, when we turn inwards and discover our innate worth, we will strive like never before. We could have an easier and more joyful ride.

  • Empathy and understanding are most important for humanness. I believe that we are all here to find our way back home to love, to the love that we already are. Home is in us, home is the oneness of all that is. Self-compassion and curiosity are the cornerstones of a harmonic human journey.

  • We are the creators of our own reality. What we perceive as reality is a reflection of who we are as humans. Everyone is naturally creative and resourceful, learning how to create rather than react lets us live a balanced and peaceful life.

  • Nothing is inherently good or bad, but everything can be used for good or bad. We decide who we want to be and how we want to show up for ourselves and others.

  • Connection is important for us to feel safe. It is an inevitable foundation for true communication. Non-judgement and curiosity for ourselves and others are indispensable when we want to feel united in love.

  • There is no such thing as being “too” something. I believe that nobody is “too much”, “too loud” or “too sensitive”, on the contrary, if we were labeled with these terms throughout our lives I believe that is exactly where we can find the superpower that we have.

  • We must follow our own intuition. Nobody can say for others what that may look like, but if we hold each other in the frequency of love we can reflect back the essence of who we really are. We can only lead by example. We need to be the change we want to see in the world.
