How May I Serve?

'It is only with the heart that one can see rightly;
what is essential is invisible to the eye.'

Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

We can not possibly understand the depths of our soul with our minds. When we crave for this familiar feeling of home, we need to step through the door of the heart.

Our heart is the true first eye.

Here we enter the mystery.

At the moment I am focusing on serving you in 1:1 settings and don't offer public retreats or workshops. However, I offer the option to book me for events such as private retreats, talks, workshops, or celebrations.

About My Logo:

The “E” in the middle has a threefold meaning:

Ego, Empathy and Energy.

We can’t kill our ego, we need our ego to feel safe, to judge situations properly and create healthy boundaries.

Yet, with empathy and heartfulness we can ensure that ego just gets to sit in the passenger’s seat, and never drives.

Everything is energy. Energy can neither be destroyed nor created, it can just be restricted and get stuck. Energy work is an important part of healing and when we understand what increases and what blocks energy we can be more engaged in this human life and even experience magical situations.

The "E"

The red circle around the heart depicts oneness. We are all coming from the same source. Our souls are connected and we are one big family of humans, feasting on life in this never ending circle of expansion.

The green circle explains that in this oneness we are also one with nature and every being here on earth.

The pale rose coloured background stands for the ripple-like nature of expansion, the widening circles of the expansion of our souls. In this spiral we bounce back and forth, whirling around, vibrating in rhythm with the melody of the universe.

The Celtic trinity knot represents unity, protection and everlasting life.

Having a special bond with Ireland I chose the colour green for this symbol. Green is not only the colour of hope. It also represents life itself for me, as in spring, when everything turns green, nature comes alive. Green represents being alive and also it reflects my eye colour.

Love - Yes!

You could read the word “Love-Eyes” but also “Love - Yes!” I’d like the world to shout YES to love, to be for something as opposed to against something.

The Heart

The heart stands for a heartful living. We can only feel love when we open our hearts fully, which can be really frightening. We need self compassion to nurture ourselves during the process of growth.

The Eye

The eye in my logo represents the choice of focus that we have each second in time.

We can choose to wear the misunderstood rose coloured glasses and witness all the tiny moments of love throughout the day.
