Soulful Summer - Mini Retreat

Summer inspires us to relax, to rest and recharge.

We might sit in the sun or even go on trips. Yet we often struggle to truly let go of the tension.

We try to fill our cups, but it seems as if the energy leaves much too quickly.

Through creative writing and crafting we creatively explore where our cups are leaking and what we can do to fill them.

In a sacred environment with like-minded people, we relax our bodies and recharge our souls. This mini-retreat includes a circle ceremony, writing exercises and meditation. You will also go home with a little creative gift for yourself.
